Go to the outpost on top of the rocky hill and find your target. It will be best to climb the rocky hill from the north since there are stalking areas there. Use your darts or just deliberately lure out the guards, especially the patrol.
Once in position, use a Berserk Dart on one of the guards and wait until he is slain. When the target returns to his position, put him to sleep, kill the last guard and assassinate the target to complete this contract.
