After accepting the contract, head to the target location. The target has a lot of bodyguards so avoid getting in the restricted area to avoid confrontation. Conveniently, there's some dense bushes to the south. Hide there and wait until the target get the bushes and take him out stealthily. If you completed the optional objective, you'll also get the bonus reward.
