This is a hidden ruins that can only be entered by diving in the overworld diving spot. The area's short and shark-free. You won't have problems navigating the area. This is linked to the assassin contract #30: The Outlaw's Cave.

Chests
1: Located in the same area as the air bubble to the north.
2: Inside the temple ruins, on the northern side.
3: Inside the temple ruins, on the southern side.
Animus Fragments
1: Once you've reached the temple area after swimming through the underwater tunnel, you'll find this fragment at the base of the temple ruins.
2: Located in a space on the ceiling of the ruins. You have to climb the ramp near the entrance to reach it.
Secret
Treasure Map (307,195 – Elite Heavy Shot)
The cadaver is located in an alcove to the northwest.
Fast-travel to the viewpoint in Misteriosa and check out the man-made spring behind you. The treasure is buried near the spring, past the tree on the left.
Buried Treasure
The treasure map you acquired from the cadaver in Corozal points out in this location. Upon reaching the temple area after swimming through the underwater tunnel, check out the alcove in front of the temple ruins and dig there to get this buried chest.
