Chests
1: IN the small camp near the shore.
2: South of the camp, in a concealed alcove with a skeleton in it. This is right behind some banana trees.
3: To the southwest, find a ledge concealed by some thick vines. The chest is right behind it.
Animus Fragment
1: Found near the viewpoint. Do a Leap of Faith to grab it.
2: Found on a tree southeastern shore of the island.
Secrets

Check the sandbar to the southwest to find this on the shore.
2: Treasure Map (334, 469) Plan – Aquila's Wheel
The cadaver is located in the southeastern beach. The coordinates point to Pinos Isle in Castillo de Jagua region.
Once you reached the island later, the game will notify you about a treasure map that points to that location. Head to the Mayan Temple in the center of the island and search the clearing beside the large tree on the side of the temple.
There's also a buried treasure to the northern tip of the cove, to the west. Search the beach until you get a prompt to dig the ground. The map is acquired from completing missions in the Kenway's Fleet mini-game. Refer to Extras section of this guide for more details.
