After waking up, you'll find yourself back in the modern world. Just follow the lady as you tour the building. Shortly after she talks to a receptionist, you'll get your own communicator tablet. Continue following her to the elevator and select the second floor from your tablet.
After reaching the Sample 17 Floor, keep following Melanie until you reach your own workstation. From there, you can return to your animus. However, you can stand up and scan the sticky notes in the form of printed QR codes. They will appear when you pull up your map or mini-map.
You can download the Sticky Note #2 in your station and Sticky Note #17 in the front desk computer. After getting the notes, sit down and activate your Animus to dive into Edward's memories ancestral memories again.
