Wildlife:

The wild pigs and rabbits are found in the woodland to the west and the crocodiles are located in the swamp to the southwest.

01: Inside the fort, under a shed.
02: Found in one of the fort's entrances to the northwest. Place a marker to the chest in your map then swim to eastward. You should find it immediately.
03: Found inside a tent at the beach to the northeast.
04: On a boat, northeast.
05: On a beach house to the north, near the viewpoint.
06: On a secluded camp to the northwest.
07: On a ship, to the northwest.
08: On a rock ledge to the west of the swamp. You need to climb the tree nearby to reach it.
09: On a rock ledge west of the small forest. Use the fallen trunk to the north to reach the tree branches that gives access to it.
10: Found in a crevice to the west, near the swamp.
11: On the middle-platform of the belltower viewpoint.
12: Hidden between the rock formation and dense plants, south of the swamp.
13: In the southern rocky shore.
14: Inside a tent, north of the southeastern viewpoint.
15: Inside a tent, in the beach to the south.
16: On the rocks in the southern beach.
17: Behind some tents in the slums, south of the viewpoint
18: Found under one of the houses west of the slums.
19: Found under one of the houses north of the tavern.
20: Found in the backyard, under the house west of the tavern.
21: Under the house, east of the mid-town Harbourmaster.
22: Found in the cellar under the mid-town viewpoint (Chapel).
Animus Fragments
01: On top of the viewpoint in the slums
02: On the northwest wall of the fort, above a wooden beam.
03: On a wooden beam on the eastern side of the fort. You have to sneak to the fort from the southern side then use the trees to reach the storage room at the side of the fort, them scale down to reach the beam. Refer to the video below.

04: On a ship, to the northwest. You have to climb the topmost part of the mast to get it.
05: Found in the middle of the swamp. You can reach it easily using the tree branches.
06: Found on top of a tree branch in the forest to the west. Use one of the fallen trunks to the north to reach it.
07: Found on top of the chimney of one of the houses in the British plantation
08: Found in the middle of the chasm, west of the southeastern viewpoint. You can reach it easily by hopping between a fallen tree trunk and branch.
09: This is floating high above the ground, west of the fort. To get it, you must infiltrate the fort, climb up the plank and perform a Leap of Faith there. If you want to know how to access the Fort easily, refer to this guide's instructions on how to get to the viewpoint which is also located inside the fort.
10: You can get this between the branches of a tall tree in the middle of some houses, north of the tavern.
11: Found on top of the chapel viewpoint.
12: On top of a wooden crane, south of the assassination contract icon.
13: On top of a wooden pole, beside the tavern.
Secrets
01: Mayan Dresden Codex
Go to the beach south of the fort then go to the north, following the shore. You'll find the fort's dungeon entrance guarded by two soldiers. Dispose them and open the chest.
02: Columbus Map
At the porch of the restricted British building which is also a viewpoint.
03: Tabulae Rudolphinae
This is part of the restricted British shipments to the south. There are only three guards which you can deal with without problems.
04: Solaris from Mundus Subterraneus
Found in the southeast of the island, guarded by a couple of soldiers.
05: World Map
Found inside the guarded tent, southern part of the slums.
