Principe is an off-map location which is tied to a few missions. There's a buried treasure here as well, provided that you have the map from Anotto Bay. If you return after completing the misisons in the area, the island will have pirates and the animals like the jaguars and deers will become available.

Chests
1: On the beach, east of the viewpoint.
2: Past the barricade along the main path. You can pick it up after the cutscene with Roberts.
3: Between two buildings east of the cannons to the north.
4: On a small cave to the southeast, outside the encampment walls.
5: On a tower south of the second viewpoint.
6: At the back of the wooden building, northeast of the second viewpoint.
Animus Fragments
1: Along the main path, on a tree branch.
2: North of the first set of prisoners. You have to do a Leap of Faith to get it.
3: Cliff in the middle-north, between the position of the two pairs of prisoners. You have to do a Leap of Faith to get it.
4: At the edge of a leaning coconut tree, by the docks
5: At the end of the tree branch near a watchtower. You have to kill the gunners so you can collect it without troubles.
