Optional Objectives:
- Kill 4 guards
- Use a heavy shot to incapacitate the man o' war
To head to the next mission, sail north of Abaco Island and head to the mission marker. After the cutscene, follow the stranger and you'll shortly find a restricted area full of royal navy guards. Move along the stalking zones and kill at least four guards along the way without blowing your cover. You have to keep close to hear the conversation.
After reaching the end of the path, the stranger will release a signal which will be followed by a massive strike from the navy ships ashore. You have one minute to run back to the Jackdaw. Jump off the balcony and run towards your ship.
Once you've taken control of your ship sail out and incapacitate the man o' war. This should be pretty easy at this point, especially if you've outfitted your ship with the best parts you can afford and get at this point. For the optional objective, get the enemy ship's armor down to critical, just enough for you to incapacitate it with a single heavy shot. You have to get close to the ship and fire the heavy shot to complete the optional objective.

Board the man o' war and destroy the gunpowder barrels, kill the officer and kill the required number of enemy soldiers. Keep fighting until a cutscene takes place. After the cutscene, board the Jackdaw and escape the zone. You can fight if you like but your chances will be slim since the Jackdaw will be critically damaged at this point – not to mention there are invulnerable ships in the enemy's army to dissuade you from getting your revenge. Just leave the area in any direction to complete the mission.
