Head to the marker along the street nearby the hotel, use the waypoint provided by the fr4ee roam map to do so. You have to follow the waypoint and find an area with a group of cops grouped below beside an entrance door. Utilize Smoke Pellets and the Disruptor to disarm and take out the cops below. Press Y when the blue prompts from enemies appear, press left stick + A to evade, or if you want to complete the brawl much faster concetrate all your attacks on a big guy, super cape him by pressing B 3x, then punch away multiple times until you can activate shock gloves by pressing left stick + right stick. Follow the signal afterwards, while still disarming bombs using the screen prompts and incapacitating enemies along the way. Enter the door of next marked area for the next part.
For the next area, utilize Batarangs to stop the electricity by hitting the button, the Remote COntrolled Batarang should be used for this as this provides actual manuevering. Activate the Anchor Points to by using the Remote Grappler and go up. Press the gate controls to open the gate and turn on the power, both of this can be done by pressing A. Then ride up the elevator to the next area.
For the next Predator screen, take out the guy with the jammer first and use the disruptor to stop their powerful shotguns. Always take out the guards one by one. You have to isolate them so you will not get frustrated trying to deal with multiple guys especially the ones wielding firearms. Use the explosive gels on walls to provide misdirection, after the explosion quickly move to another area and ambush the incoming enemy as you prefer to. Use your jammer at the start and disarm as many enemies as you can first while being perched above, then focus on the other guys who still have dangerous firearms first. Also use the multiple batarangs for multiple knockdowns leading to multiple knockouts. Follow the video below. Then crack another code from a protected server panel and enter the next area via the door in the screen.
Energize the elevator by getting near and following the prompt and go up at a hole atop the roof. This is a destroyed part of the ceiling that you need to locate yourself.Use the electric charge again to open the passageway. Use the slide and attack the unsuspecting group. Follow the usual brawl tactics and use the electric gloves. Enter the door and grapple up. Jump at the elevator shaft and power up the generator. Grapple up to another door and beat down the guard. Create a bridge using the remote grapple. Zip line across the take out the guard below. Slowly peek out and destroy the sentry gun using the disruptor. Energize and raise the door, then beat a group of enemies. Grappling hook up to the higher level, jump to the ledge, hang down and shimmy to the left. Go up to another grapple point and make use of the Anchor Points to go across. Turn off the fans above using the electric panel, then grapple up to the ventilation shaft atop and climb up. Hook up to another vent and climb up again. Go up to the ledge and obliterate the sentry. Continue further down the corridor and enter another brawl. Go to the elevator once you're done here. Go down and through the newly opened path on the left and climb up the ladder. Step above the green switch, aim your remote-controlled batarang at the electricity, manuever it past the electricity, getting it charged up, follow the direction to your right and enter the open left-eye of the clown and hit the panel. Head up the control panel above your head. Follow the glowing colors of the Joker balloons, then go down to floor level and beat another thug group. Grapple up again afterwards. Turn on the switch, release the Jack in the Box, then build a Remote Grappling bridge using it. Continue to the path. Use the grating to ambush the enemies taking a hostage, then follow the path using the grappler and go up the window. Utilize the Shock Gloves and enter the door nearby. Jump out the left side and enter another brawl fight. Use the Shock Gloves for this battle. Follow the path this time for a Predator screen again. Just use the disruptor to deactivate the enemies' firearms and avoid the mines, then enter the elevator after cracking the code.
