Avoid his rushdown swipes by tapping the left stick twice + X to move away. Whenever he picks up a burning tank, just quick throw batarangs by following the onscreen propmts to make it explode and damage him in the process. Finally, tap A quickly when he tries to bite your face off. This will kick him away from the QTE and allows you to escape. For the full sequence , follow the video below:
