Go down to the door heading below the decks. Utilize your weapon dodge technique for the knife-thugs, this can be done by doing away + Y when they try to stab you. Follow the alert prompts to end the fight. Press Y when the blue prompts from enemies appear, press left stick + A to evade, or if you want to complete the brawl much faster concetrate all your attacks on a big guy, super cape him by pressing B 3x, then punch away multiple times until you can activate shock gloves by pressing left stick + right stick. Head further down to continue. Bring down another thug group along your way, using your usual combat brawl tactics like evading, combos, counters, and special takedowns. Simply walk up to The Electrocutioner take him down with one strike. Beat another combat brawl wave of thugs. Be careful of the knife thugs, again you have to utilize away + Y to counter this. Follow the trail beyond the door. Detonate the wall. Go up to the upper decks. Travel across the tunnels using the grappling hook. Throw a Smoke Bomb first, then take out the guards one by one. Go through the vent. Beat the gunner first, then clean house. Go to the vent and to the locked door. Hack the door using the cryptographer. Beat the guards inside. Hack again and enter the Casino. Take out the small minions first. Use Evade by moving the left stick in a direction and double-tap A to avoid the huge guy's attacks. Tap quickly to escape. Stun him with the cape, then do a Beatdown by pressing B, then hit X fast. Rinse and repeat.
Go up to the Vantage Points, and take out the armed ones first. Use the pillars for unsuspecting takedowns and quick escapes. Always take out the guards one by one. Use your jammer at the start and disarm as many enemies as you can first while being perched above, then focus on the other guys who still have dangerous firearms first. Also use the multiple batarangs for multiple knockdowns leading to multiple knockouts. Head to Penguin's office afterwards by following the marker.
