This is a post main game mode challenging the player to complete the entire New Game Plus without any single death count. You can still restart though if you feel you are about to lose in a certain situation, risking the fact that you will start a little back on the game, but with restored health. Save between play sessions is allowed, however any game over will delete that save and forces the restart from the very beginning.
