Dead Rising 4 has a plethora of Achievements ready and waiting to be gotten by the eager player. Many of them are fairly self-explanatory, but where we can we’ve added a little help text to make things a bit easier for you.

Fashionista – Try on 100 different clothing items (20)
Inventor – Collect 30 Blueprints in Story Mode (10)
Skilled Survivalist – Spend 20 Skill Points on Survival skills (20)
Zombie Destruction – Kill 5,000 zombies (10)
Skilled Athlete – Spend 20 Skill Points on Fortitude skills (20)
Rookie Journalist – Solve one of the Mysteries (5)
Building a New You – Spend 25 total Skill Points (10)
C-C-C-Combo!! – Get a Hit Streak over 200 then use a Skill Move (10) – This is easiest to do during Case 3 when you're given the exosuit and Ice upgrade by Blackburne to clear the street. You should be able to get this no bother as it's possible to rack up a hit counter in the thousands here.
Tinkerer – Collect 5 Blueprints in Story Mode (5)
Get to Work – Complete 50 Trials (10)
Faaantastic! – Take an S-Rank Photograph (10) – Best done at the Ka-POP! store in Kiichiro Plaza in the Willamette Memorial Mall. The bonus points for all the Capcom Easter Eggs in the store will get you a near instant S-Rank.
Seasoned Journalist – Solve all of the Mysteries (20)
Innovator – Collect all Blueprints in Story Mode (20)
Vehicular Manslaughter – Create 8 unique combo vehicles (20)
We Are Canceling The Apocalypse – Create 5 unique Exo suit Power-Ups (20) – These are: Electric, Vacuum, Ice, Military and the Zero Suit which you get after completing the game
Skilled Brawler – Spend 20 Skill Points on Brawling skills (20)
Skilled Shooter – Spend 20 Skill Points on Shooting skills (20)
Workin' Hard – Complete all Trials (40)
Story Completionist – Complete all Story Trials (40)
Otis Would Be Proud – Fully level up the Mall Emergency Shelter (20)
Hunting Grounds – Discover every Location of Interest (30) – Any building of interest will appear as white on your map, whereas any building that doesn't count is marked grey. Not a great way to distunguish admittedly, but it's there all the same.
Idol Worship – Find the Frank West Statue. Didn't there used to be more of these? (30)
Master Journalist – Get a Journalism Score of 100% (50)
Tape It or Die AGAIN – Create 50 combo weapons (20)
Tape It or Die Fanatic – Create 58 unique Combo Weapons (50)
Z-Genocider 4: The Return – Kill 53,598 zombies (20)
Left 100,004 Dead 2 – Kill 200,008 zombies (30)
Hey Big Spender – Spend 100,000 Scrap (20)
