Free Larry (Side Mission)
Find the hapless Larry Parker in his command center of Parker Laboratories, west of Fall's End.
Look for the massive electrical discharge to find your man.
To free Larry, you'll need to disable three generators, Each is plot-marked, just approach it and interact with it. If you're allergic to plot markers, you can also follow the giant blue cables.
Disable all the three- one by the shed out back, one by the back of the house, and one on the porch facing the electro-contraption, to complete the mission.
