Valkyrie
The spear-wielder of the Viking faction, the Valkyrie has a ton of things going on. Story Mode actually provides a good chance to get to know this class, which has hold charges, dodges, and shield + weapons combos. There's no one overwhelming move- Valkyrie's strength is having a tactic for almost any situation, and be able to move through them seamlessly (while still throwing in a few feints for good measure).
Another reason to practice hard before bringing Valkyrie into your next team match is that her running charge is one of the most telegraphed in the game (though still good vs AI). A better bet to approach with a series of pokes, Nobushi style, before seguing into your chains. If you need to cover that distance or knock someone around,your shield tackle is a safer and more precise bet.
