Take the convertible and drive ahead to the freeway. Approach the yacht until you are close enough to make Franklin board it. Once the sail swings and an object is hanging off, drive under it and catch Jimmy.
Shoot the side of the car to cover Franklin, then pull closer and let him escape by reaching the hood. Go to Los Santos Custom Shop afterwards to prepare the vehicle and head back to Michael's home.
