Unlock: Complete Three's Company, Use Franklin
Bonus Requirements:
Mission Time – Finish the whole mission within 1:30.
Hooked – Make sure the vehicle is connected to the hook until the mission ends.
Using Franklin, go meet Barry and make your way to the western mission. Find the location in in the eastern area, away from the main road and located in a junk yard. Look for a tow truck nearby the yard entrance, tow the stash car, then head back to Barry's.
