Garden Party
Look for a garden terrace high in Nueva York, with many dig piles.
Dig them all up to reveal sprouts.
Use the console of the right side of the building to turn on a sprinkler system.
The piping, however, is broken. Use the pieces that have appeared by the buzzsaw flower in the corner to to repair it.
This extends the spirnklers, and grows more pieces, which you can use to repair the next section of pipe.
This last bit grows a crate, which you smash for the pieces to build the final section of piping. This grows the last of the sprouts, and reveals your brick.
