Lights On
A big buttony puzzle under the water near Manhattan.
This looks more complicated than it is- at heart it's just one of those light-all-the-lights solitaire games, on a 3×3 grid. Each leafy light up top corresponds to a button below. Hitting a button will switch the on/off state of that light, and any light immediately above, below, left, or right of it (forming a plus sign pattern).
Lightning-blasting the electro ports has the same effect at hitting a button. Light all nine to win your brick.
