Rooftop Puzzle
On a Nueva York rooftop, is a brick-holder with four power lines leading to it. You'll need to solve the mini-minipuzzle at the end of each line to free the brick.
One involves pulling part some Hulk Handles, and using the parts to build a button.
One involves pulling off a looped panel to reveal the button behind it.
One (on a slightly lower level than the others), involves, stealthing to the button.
And one involves using a lightning-immune character to press the button.
Light up all four power lines to gain the brick.
