Complete the non-race challenges in Sakaar to unlock this shown against ol' T-bolt himself. This fight is basically a repeat of the White Gorilla fight back in What's Klaw's is Mine. First dispose of the goons and get a few licks in against Ross, then evade his fiery charge.
Once his charge ends and he's dizzied, climb up on his shoulders and smack him around.
Rinse and repeat to snag Ross for your roster.
