Train Car Puzzle
Find this one on the rooftop of the Central building in Manhattan Noir.
Use Sonics to blow out a window on the left hand car, revealing a pull loop.
Yank it open to reveal a generator, and power it up.
Assemble the pieces, then timewarp the train to reveal another pull loop. Pull it.
Connect these pieces to the ones you've already assembled, then timewarp the train back to when its pipes were all connected up.
Charge the electro port again to send the new new component caroming around the roof. This reveals your brick in the right hand car.
