Drop down to the lower level (where the Lizard ran off to) and destroy the small cage. This provides the parts for the nearby ladder. Use Spider-man's spider sense to spot the web spot on the object on the far right. Pull it down, then take control of the Thing.
Smash the cracked wall near the object you just pulled over to get the other half of the parts for a pump. Put it together and it will drain the pond revealing the Lizard. Swap to the Thing and land a hit. The Lizard will run away once again to the exhibit at the top of the area (north of the sprinklers).
Use Spider-man's spider sense to find the two web spots on the sign above and pull it down. This give you the blocks to make green handles for the Thing. This will get the Lizard out, so take another swipe with Thing.
The Lizard will then run off to the sealed office on the left, breaking open the door. Head into the now open office and use Spider-man's spider sense to find the two web spots. Pull them out to find the Lizard again and land the finishing blow with Thing.

Stan Lee – Trapped in a man eating plant in the small closed off office area (until the Lizard is down to one heart). The dig spot next to it can be excavated by a clawed hero to obtain the parts for a Mr Fantastic transformation panel. Transform to release Stan.
Character – Thing (F.F): On the walls of the first area are two circular hatches. One gold and one silver lego, use an explosives and flame character to open them. The third one is accessible when the pond is drained. Use a character with telekinesis to open the final one and obtain the character token.
Red Brick – Charge the electrical panel on the small beach below with an electric character. This will turn on the sprinklers above and raise a giant metal flower in the bed. Use a magnetic character to open it and get the red brick inside.
