A Lost Sister

You can get this quest from Sage Amurd atop Mithrava the first time you visit, but you can't complete it until a little later, after you've found Zorai's heir.
Radar leads you to a building south of where you find Taavos in the Roekaar encampment in Old Pelaav.
The console with the data is unpowered, but hop out the window to find an old generator by one of the support struts.
Activate it, and hop back inside to retrieve the data.
Return to Sage Amurd. You can tell him to find his sister or tell him you can't help him- there's no option to tell him to stay put. This never really comes up again, so pick as Ryder would to complete the quest.
