Nonconformist

For this quest, you need to do the following:

  • Buy a goth cap and put it on
  • Buy a pair of goth gloves and put it on
  • Buy a goth outfit and put it on
  • Buy some Dark Roast
  • Find a pack of smokes somewhere in South Park.

Find a pack of smokes somewhere in South Park.

Find a group of kids in the alley beside Jimbo's shop and attack them. Beat them up to get their cigarrettes.

Buy a goth cap, pair of goth gloves and a goth outfit

You can buy these from the hobo in front of U-Stor-It.

Buy some Dark Roast

Go over to Tweek's Coffee and buy some Dark Roast.

After getting the necessary items that the goth kids wanted, several elves will ambush you and you have the option to fight them or go peacefully with them. Even if you managed to mow them down, you'll still be dragged to the Elven Kingdom.

After the scene, Jimmy and Stan will be unlocked as buddies. The last fast-travel flag is located here as well. The Timmy Express will be completed and Timmy will be added to your friend's list. Don't forget to upgrade your equipment from the shop here as well.

Leave the kingdom through Kyle's House. Don't forget to loot it while you're at it. Now you can complete some of the sidequests if you want. When ready, equip the goth equipment and talk to the goth kids again. They'll give you an insulting sign that you need to tape on the PTA table.

Head to the Community Center. After the scene, attempt to tape the sign on the table. However, Randy will stop you and ask you to meet him in the bathroom. The current quest will be on hold for the meantime while you're required to complete the next task (PTA Problems). Once done, you can now go back to the goth kids, talk to them (with the goth setup) and perform a DDR-esque rhythm mini-game to complete their tasks as well. All four of them will be added to your friends list.

After reporting the leader of the Elves / Humans, more cutscenes will trigger. Both factions will still end up meeting up in a battle at school.
