This island is home to prominent mayan ruins, which is probably the reason why it has two Mayan Stelaes and several collectibles. There's an assassin contract target that can be found here, provided that you have accepted the contract. The island has also a buried treasure which is lead by a map that you can find from Ambergris Key.

2: Behind an ancient wall further to the northeast of the island.
3: Far east of the viewpoint, near cliff where you can jump off to the beach.
4-5: Accessible at ground level, through an entrance near the water.
6: On the second level ledge of the ruins to the west.

1: East of the viewpoint, above a wooden beam between two ledges
2: In the far east of the viewpoint, at the edge of the leaning tree trunk. Do a Leap of Faith to reach it.
