Use normal counter reaction, timing the counters when the prompt hits. Press Y to counter the blue alerts, while evade away from the red alerts using left stick + A. If Bane jumps up, evade away. Use the Super Cape Stun using b three times, then beat him up using X repeatedly. Alternately, use the instant explosive gel LT + X to stun him. When he juices in some venom, just keep evading and Super Cape Stun when you see the opening. Follow the video below:
