First up, finish the first combat brawl using the same usual combat tactics of evading, countering, and special takedowns. This part is not much different from other, counter using Y when the blue prompt appears or you can evade instead and attack on the direction of the enemy. Head inside much further using the grate afterwards. use explosive gel on the floor, grappling hook up, then create a bridge using the remote grapple and continue across. On the electrified area, connect the first gap using the Remote Grapple. Walk across, go right and build another bridge uisng the remote grapple again. Step on it and climb up the wall. Detonate the wall using explosive gel and go down the platform above the water. Deactivate the power and build a raft using the Glue Grenade, using the batclaw to pull yourself towards the tunnel.
Upon reaching the wall, climb up, then go left, and turn on the energy panel by charging it and pressing A. Dish out a Remote Controlled Batarang on the electrified opening that you cna see across to the other side, make it pass through the electrified opening to the right and hit the electric box. Create a new raft using the glue grenade on the waters on the left side and pull out the broken wall using the batclaw above.
Quickly throw out Glue Grenades on any open pipes you come across, and duck down to avoid the obstructions. Glue Grenade the 3 pipes located above, then quickly grapple up. Proceed with another combat beatdown, then shock the equipment ny pressing A to activate the elevator. Head up the shaft and enter another Predator sequence. Simply take out the sniper at the upper central area asap to make this room much easier, then proceed normally as you wish. Avoid the rigged gargoyles which are located closer to the outher walls, only the gargoyles on the inner structures are safe. Take out the enemies one by one. For the next combat sequence, just focus on the large guy, super cape him then hit him multiple times until you can activate the shock gloves, activate shocks by pressing Left stick + Right Stick then shock punch away all the enemies.
