After landing, Riley will be left in the care of another unit. Follow Hesh to the building.
Go upstairs after getting the intel then man the MG. Use it to mow down enemy foot soldiers below and take out their helicopters. After a short while, enemy artillery will come raining down. You can still use the MG after the barrage but it will get destroyed shortly after. Use your assault rifle to take out more enemy soldiers below. Be careful of the enemy gunship; go prone to evade its gatling gun from ripping you to shreds.
Press Up on the D-Pad to call in an A-10 strafing run and use this to take out choppers and tanks in the beach head. They are bright colored orange marlkers appearing on the map and are easily recognizable in plain view. There's a cooldown before you can call in another strafing run. Use your firearms to take out more enemies while waiting for the cooldown. On the second strafing run, take out the remaining targets and the balcony you're standing on will collapse shortly afterward.
After getting back to your feet, run towards the next MG emplacement and use it to repel the incoming enemy forces pouring in the beach. After a short while, run towards the trenches and clear out the enemy forces occupying it to re-establish allied position in the trenches.
As you move along the trenches, more enemy forces will arrive via hovercraft with a tank backup. Find a safe cover and use the remote A-10 strafe to take care of the opposition. Continue pushing forth along the trench and a Federation hovercraft will cross the trenches. The enemy position ahead is heavily reinforced by enemy gunships and heavily-armed soldiers. You need to call in another A-10 strafe to clear the area ahead and secure your position. You can call in another strike to take out the remaining enemy chopper but at the cost of your allied A-10s which will be shot down.
Storm the weakened enemy position ahead and take out the remaining enemy forces. Since you lost your A-10 drone support, you'll be ordered by command to fall back and head to the secondary defensive position. You'll regroup with Riley but the streets aren't safe yet. More enemies will arrive by chopper and you'll have to aggresively push forward to reach the location of the command room.
It is already on fire so go upstairs and wait for Hesh to join you. He will lift the debris so go prone and crawl underneath. Go upstairs and you'll encounter an enemy who will throw you off your feet. He will approach you with the knife so you have to press square / X to grab his hand and struggle. After Hesh saves your life, a couple of ghosts will arrive via air drop. Watch the remaining scenes until the mission is complete.
