STORY 08 – Higher Education
Talk to Jade at the University
Another short mission this one. Make your way across the new terrain of Old Town until you reach the seat of education in the city. A stained glass door with a guard next to it leads inside the building itself when you arrive.
Ask survivors about Jade
Descend to the lower area and talk to Fidan to find out what's happening.
Leave the University
Exit the University the same way you entered from and you'll make a radio call. Once it ends, you'll be on your way back to the Loft. Gee, anyone else think that was kinda pointless?

Thankfully it proves to be a pretty important transmission when you get there. Makes it seem less like a timesink. After watching it play out, the mission will end.
