Requirements:
Dirty Rat – Waste Josh before he escapes.
Hot Pursuit – Escape using the nearby Police Cruiser vehicle.
Equip the shotgun and kill the two cops, then run into the driveway and waste Josh. Head back to the street and ride the police vehicle, then lose the cops.
