Letter Scraps
After collecting all 50 letters, Use Franklin and go to the question mark symbol close to the golf course. Pursue the murderer, then kill him when you can to acquire the "A Mystery, Solved" Achievement. Here are the various locations for the letters:
* Behind the porch of a home on Grove Street, in Davis.
* In a dumpster in the front parking lot by Davis Avenue, at the Davis area.
* Inside a waterless pool in Vespucci Beach.
* At the back of bushes on an isle by the Eastern Coast of Los Santos.
* In the middle of a canal underneath Palomino Avenue.
* On the second floor balcony of the diner Pearls, at the pier.
* On the Vespucci Boulevard bridge. On the other end of the arch formation.
* Atop a platform of a crane between Vespucci Boulevard and Power Street. Can be reached by climbing or parachuting from the top.
* Inside Back Lot City film studios. Destroy the gate, turn left to the alley, climb some stairs.
* Atop some containers in the Terminal, by the Buccaneer Way. Climb atop the containers to reach it.
* On to the rightside area of the Los Santos International Airport. Near some seats and luggage.
* Located on the Olifantus vessel in front of the wheelhouse window. The vessel is at the South Los Santos Port in Elysian Island.
* Found atop the airport bar. Needs aircraft and parachute to reach.
* In the train tunnels atop a platform in Cypress Flats, underneath Popular Street.
* In the shell of the bus in the Car Scrapyard warehouse, in El Burro Heights of Murrieta Oil Fields.
* In a blocked construction pit at the working area in Alta, located between Power Street and Occupation Avenue.
* Atop the middle platform of three lower platforms on the dam in Eastern Vinewood.
* On a bench on an isle at the Pacific Bluffs Graveyard.
* In a broken pipe in Hawick, between Power Street and Hawick Avenue.
* At the bar counter by the pools in the hotel in Pacific Bluffs.
* By the barbecue area on an apartment in West Vinewood, between Spanish and Eastbourne Avenue.
* By the bleachers in the Vinewood Racetrack.
* In a hedge maze at the Kortz Center between Biranda Building and Moseley Building. Upon entering, head Left, Right, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left, Left to make it.
* In the outdoor gaming room at the Lake Vinewood Estate property.
* Atop the symbol "I" on the Vinewood Hills letter sign. Go up the ladder behind it to grab it.
* Underneath Highway 11 streetwalk tourist information sign in Tongva Valley.
* Found on some picnic tables at the Big Orange Juice stand in the Vinewood Hills hiking trail overlooking view.
* The woods close to the Lumber Yard in Paleto Forest.
* At a cable car platform close to a chute pick-up atop of Mount Chiliad.
* Behind the balcony on a beach front by Procopio Drive at Paleto Bay.
* By the doorway in a building on the Mount Chiliad hobo area.
* By the porch on the men's area of Procopio Beach.
* Behind the porch of the dilapidated home in Paleto Bay.
* In a hidden isle by the coasts of the Palmer-Taylor Power Station.
* On a door in the boondocks of Great Chaparral. Located on a winding road that goes northward from Galileo Road.
* In a river cavern in the San Chianski Mountains.
* At the back of a billboard in the Grand Senora Desert farm.
* In a hole at the construction site at Redwood Lights Track.
* Situated in a clearing at Lago Zancudo swamps.
* Underneath a Route 69 bridge, nearby the Zancudo River.
* In a cemetery in Great Chaparral.
* On a porch of the resting area stop at Procopio Beach.
* Atop of a stone form close to the airstrip located at southern Sandy Shores.
* In the waterless pool on an abandoned motel in Sandy Shores.
* On a cliff in Raton Canyon, overseeing Cassidy Creek.
* By the Alamo Sea coast, on a small peninsula nearby a wooden boat in Mount Chiliad.
* Underneath the shipping workshop shelter at Millar's Fishery Company in Galilee.
* At the communication balcony on the Altruist Cult camp in the Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness.
* Underneath a white covering, southern Grapeseed Main Street.
* By the El Gordo Lighthouse isle, at the back of the lighthouse.
