Requirements:
Dare Devil – Freefall for 8 seconds before using the chute.
Sky Blazer – Make 8 flips on the Blazer.
Use a chopper to get reach Dom. A free chopper can be stolen from the emergency center located at the intersection between Crusade Road and Capital Blvd. Jump off the building, after 10 seconds of freefall, use the parachute. Align yourself with the truck lane and go down normally.
