Get some weapons and armor first from Ammunation. Stick from cover to cover and be very careful while inching your way out. Follow Lamar when he runs outside. You'll eventually hear the helicopter, so turn around and take down the enemies. Then get into a vehicle and shake off the police at the tunnels to escape.
