Destroy the desk immediately in front of you when the level begins. This will give you the parts for a control panel for Mr Fantastic. Open the laser fence with the panel and enter the main office.
Howard The Duck will fire a single rocket and knock himself out. The rubble he leaves behind can be turned into a bird house, with a zap. The Vulture will be mesmerised then get jolted and knock down parts for a grille that Mr Fantastic can use.
Send him along the balcony and leap onto the switch at the end. Spider-man can web swing up to the left balcony and pull the other switch. This will reveal a portrait. Use Spider-man's spider sense to spot the two web spots. Pull on these (from the floor below) to get the parts for an Iron Man cutout.
Vulture will smash into it and leave parts to turn into a control panel for Mr Fantastic. This control panel makes a hologram of Captain America which the Vulture crashes into (this guy isn't very bright is he?) and leaves more parts behind.
These can be made into a pump to jump on to create a blow up Thor (slightly creepy? Or is it just me). The final puddle of parts can be made into a transform panel for Mr Fantastic. Turn into a bird bath and end this bird brain.

Stan Lee – Is trapped in the lift at the back of the inner office. Use a character with magnetic powers to remove the bars and free Stan.
Character – Ms. Marvel: As soon as the bonus level starts, melt the gold statue to the right with a flame character.
Red Brick – On the right side of the inner office is a large poster of Deadpool with three parts on the ground in front of it. Use a telekinetic character to put them back in place and get the red brick.
