Level 13 – Magnetic Personality

After parking the jet, your squad will be in the hangar of the massive space station.

Minikit 01/10 – Magnetism + Power cosmic:

 

On the left side of the area, next to the jet is a magnetic locker to be opened by a magnetic character (eg: Magneto). This ejects power cosmic bricks that can be assembled by a cosmic character (eg: Galactus) into a mechanical kid's ride. Hop in and stay inside until the minikit appears.

 

Minikit 02/10 – Destroy three roller holders:

 

On the right side of the starting area is the first roller. Simply attack it to destroy it. The second one is nearly directly behind the first against the wall. The third is to the left of the door out of this room at the back. Smash them all for the minikit.

 

Minikit 03/10 – Telekinesis + Flight:

 

Underneath the glowing green and black container on the right wall are telekinetic pieces that can be raised into place by a telekinetic character (eg: Jean Gray). Once they are all in, fly up to the newly opened alcove and collect the minikit.

 

Minikit 04/10 – Green handles + Ice + Flight:

 

To the right of the large door at the back of the area is a tube with a pair of green handles on it. Swap to a big character (eg: The Hulk) and pull open the door to gain access. Fires blaze inside the tube so swap to an ice based hero (eg: Iceman) to put them out. Lastly fly to the top of the tube for the minikit.

On the right side of the area is a sense spot for Spider-man. Head over to it and spot the two web spots on the canisters. Pull them down to show silver lego blocks for Iron Man to destroy with his missiles. Behind the silver lego is an electrical panel for Thor to charge up. The mechanism will dump out a heap of parts.

 

Perform the same tasks on the silver lego bricks on the left mechanism to obtain the other half of the pieces needed to construct a pushable lever on the central platform. Push it around to open up the airlock and destroy everything in sight, including the door blocking your path.

 

 

 

 

Head down the now open hallway to catch up to Magneto again in the next area.

Minikit 05/10 – Flight + Claw switch + dig spot:

 

In the next area where Magneto destroys the bridge, look to the back wall to see a claw switch. Fly up there and use a clawed hero (eg: Wolverine) to activate it. The ball that was being held aloft below will drop and turn into a dig spot. Drop down and excavate it for the minikit.

 

Minikit 06/10 – Magnetism + Electricity + Super sense:

 

Next to the golden support beams on the right hand side of the room is a magnetic wall. Take a magnetic character over to it and open it up. Inside is an electrical panel that can be charged up by an electricity based character (eg: Thor) to open the alcove next to it. Swap to a character with super senses (eg: Spider-man) to spot the climbable wall. Climb upwards to reach the minikit.

 

Minikit 07/10 – Ice: In the small area the last collectible was in there is a puddle of ice blocks. Use an ice based character (eg: Iceman) to release the minikit.

Jump across the gap (all the characters can make it across easily) and engage the brotherhood mutants on the upper ledge. Once they are cleared move Spider-man over to the glass where the sense spot is to spot a crack in the glass. Take control of Thor and hammer your way through.

 

Swap back to Spider-man and use the web spot inside to get some pieces that can be made into a giant magnet (ironic, no?). Charge the electrical panel on the side with Thor and the magnet will clear the path.

 

 

 

 

A sense spot on the back wall can let Spider-man's senses detect a block wall to climb to reach the upper area. Brotherhood mutants will keep entering this area through a hatchway, however you can destroy the nearby cover and turn it into a hatch cover to stop the incoming tide of enemies.

 

With that done, take everyone up to the upper area. Magneto will be juggling in the background (pressing tasks, yeah sure) and will close the door to cover his embarrassment.

Minikit 08/10 – Mind control:

 

After Magneto locks himself behind the massive door, you will see at the top left of the room, goons running through a clear pipe. Mind control the stationary goon to grab the minikit inside.

 

Minikit 09/10 – Mr Fantastic:

 

On the right side of the area is a grille Mr Fantastic can use to reach the pipe and minikit above.

Silver lego bars cover the walls on the right so use Iron Man's explosives to clear them. Assemble the parts into a hanging switch on both sides of the door. Two characters need to hang from these switches simultaneously to move the locking mechanism out of the way.

 

Behind the locks are two web spots for Spider-man to pull the door down with. Through the door is a big rotation room which Magneto promptly exits.

Stan Lee – Explosives:

 

In the room with the rotating outer structure (and massive control panel), shoot out the disc of silver lego (with an explosives character – eg: Iron Man – Mark 6) that makes up part of the ceiling to let Stan drop in.

Get Spider-man to the platform and use the two web spots to raise the console from the floor. Take control of Iron Man and rotate the corridor all the way to the right to extend the bridge and chase after Magneto.

Boss: Magneto

 

 

 

Magneto will confront you with hordes of brotherhood mutants. Magneto will then armour himself with a magnetic shield in the shape of a giant warrior and proceed to summon and throw three objects.

Minikit 10/10 – Destroy three magnetic objects + Magnetism + Flight:

 

During the battle with Magneto, fly up to the right pillar to spot a magnetic object to destroy with a magnetic character (eg: Magneto). The second is on the left pillar and the third is as close to the camera as you can get (move towards the screen). Destroy them all for the final minikit.

After two rounds of thrown garbage, you should have enough parts to make a giant iron. Use Iron Man to pick it up and throw it at Magneto's shield. This will deal a point of damage and while he is grounded you can inflict some pain (one heart above half health).

 

In the second phase he will form a giant gun and start firing it at the heroes and then resume making his objects and throwing them at you. Use the thrown objects to make a giant pumpkin. Thor will be the one to throw this with so chuck it at Magneto to break his shield again. After the following bashing by the squad Magneto should be on one heart point when he retreats again.

 

In the final phase he creates a giant magnetic chainsaw (yes I'm serious and couldn't believe it myself) and will swipe it across the whole area. Your best bet is to take control of a flying hero and fly towards the screen to exit his range.

 

After a couple of swings he will begin forming his objects for the third time. After two lots you will have the parts to assemble a box with an electrical panel on the side. Charge it up with Thor and then swap to Spider-man to throw it into Magneto and finish the battle.
