Meet the Family
After completing Stage a Rescue, you will be asked by Nijil to deliver data to Buxil in Techiix.
Follow your marker there to find the frozen city.
There are a few things going on here, not the least of which is a local merchant to trade with. But to close out the quest, just follow the hex to Buxil, in the first large building.
She'll analyze the data, and find that it contains a way to bypass the shield into the main Kett base in the area, though she'll need time to decipher it (don't worry about waiting for an email- she always deciphers it just as you reach the shield).
Completing this conversation closes the quest, and opens the much meatier and dramatic Remove The Heart.
