Activities Achievements:
Basest Base - 50G
Complete every Gang Hideout
These appear as a fist icon in a blue shape on the map. Gang hideouts consist of profiling a gang leader and using a non lethal takedown on him. You can choose to use stealth or not. Complete all 15 Gang Hideouts to unlock the achievement.
End Of Line - 30G
Complete 40 Fixer Contracts
These appear as steering wheel icons in a blue shape on the map. Fixer contracts consist of various driving challenges. After completing 40 of them, the achievement will unlock.
Enforcer - 15G
Use the Crime Detection System to take down 20 confirmed criminals
These can be found via remote profiling or hacking people who have potential crime on their profile. Crimes tend to require you to watch a victim and intervene once the criminal attempts to commit the crime. Complete twenty of these to unlock the achievement.
Peephole - 30G
Complete every Privacy Invasion
Privacy invasion locations appear on the map after hacking the ctOS tower in the area and appear as an eye icon. These require you to gain access to a camera inside the location. Complete all thirty privacy invasions to obtain the achievement.
Power Cycle - 10G
Participate in 5 different City Games
City games appear as dark blue markers on the map and consist of short minigames. Complete five different instances of these to unlock the achievement.
Road Rage - 30G
Complete every Criminal Convoy
Criminal Convoy activities are denoted by wheel shaped icons in a light blue shape on the map. Wait until you get explosives and/ or a grenade launcher before attempting these as they can be quite helpful. Convoy missions involve approaching an enemy convoy and either takedown (kill) or knockdown (non lethal) the target. If it is lethal, simply drive up and tuse an explosive to take down the target vehicle before getting back in the car and escaping the rest of the convoy. Non lethal is a bit trickier as you need to take down the vehicle without killing the target inside. Ramming is generally the best option in this case. After completing all the road rage activities, the achievement should pop.
Social Lubricant - 15G
Complete level 10 against all 3 Drinking Game opponents
Head to each instance of the drinking game activity and defeat each opponent at level 10. Time consuming by relatively simple.
Misc Achievements:
Black Hat Trick - 30G
Kill 3 enemies with a single IED
Can be accomplished in several missions or in gang hideout activities. Simply throw an IED at an arriving car full of enemies and detonate it before they get out or place on in a central position and use a lure to attract multiple enemies to the location before detonating the IED.
Bookmarked - 30G
Tag 100 enemies
When infiltrating enemy bases or using cameras to scope out sites, looking at enemies will tag them. This shows them up as an outline and determines their type. Do this 100 times and the achievement will pop. Should come naturally before the end of the first act.
Clear Signals - 30G
Unlock every ctOS Tower
All the large red dots on the map represent ctOS towers that can be climbed and hacked to reveal important map information and activities. Detailed videos for each tower can be found in the ctOS Tower section of the guide. Activate all the towers and the achievement will unlock.
Communication Fail - 10G
Using non-lethal takedown, stop 10 civilian from calling to report you
This can be done with blume affiliate hacks or regular citizens. Hack a blume affiliate and they will attempt to report you, walk up to them and press B (Xbox) or Circle (Playstation) to destroy their phone. Regular civilians will call you in if you wave a gun around in public or kill someone. When they do, quickly approach the caller and press B or Circle to destroy their phone. Do either ten times and the achievement is yours.
Disk Space Full - 30G
Unlock every song with the Songsneak app
To obtain this, you must collect all the available songs. Three are obtained through missions in the story. The rest can be obtained by approaching and hacking citizens with the musical note icon in their blue profile (advanced profile skill makes this easier). The other method is going into resturaunts or shops playing music and using the songsneak app on Aiden's phone to pick up new songs. After gaining all the songs the achievement is unlocked.
Free Radical - 30G
Escape a level 5 police chase
A good method to do this is to work up to a level 5 police chase (ramming and neutralizing cop cars, but leaving one or two alive to keep the chase level rising). Once you reach level 5, head to a train station and disable the helicopter (using a grenade launcher or the disable helicopter skill). Once the helicopter is gone, jump on a train and hack it to get away from the chase. Achievement unlocked.
Freeware - 100G
Unlock every Skill in the Skills tree
Complete the story missions, activities and investigations to obtain XP and skill points. Use these to purchase every skill and the achievement will unlock.
Geolocated - 30G
Check in at every hotspot
This is going to take time as there are over 200 hotspots in the city. Zoom in on the map slightly and many ticks will appear all over it which show hotspot locations (greyed out ticks are ones you have already visited). Head to each white tick and trigger the hotspot to obtain this achievement.
Hard Crash - 10G
Perform 10 vehicle take downs
Use neutralize abilities during chases and this will come naturally as you play.
Hardware Fail - 15G
Shoot out a tire on 15 different vehicles
An easy one this, walk around a carpark with your silenced pistol and start blasting tires. After bursting fifteen the achievement will pop.
Magic Smoke - 10G
Kill 4 enemies within a single instance of Focus
A good guaranteed way to get this is during the end part of the second last story mission. When you are in the graveyard attempting to save an important character from a squad of hitmen. Focus will activate automatically. Take down four during the sequence and the achievement will unlock. If you fail the sequence, die and try again. Make sure to have a powerful pistol equipped to take down the enemies easily.
Scanproof - 30G
Escape a level 5 police scan
To be targeted by a level 5 scan, you must have a level 5 ctOS wanted level (the bar below the minimap must be close to full). To get this, you must escape from a high level police chase or keep performing dangerous actions in front of civilians. Avoiding the scan is easiest on water as there is nothing to run into and accidental triggers can be simply avoided. Once you are at level 5, trigger the scan by scaring some civilians and hightail it to your boat. As soon as the scan appears, head out to the ocean while avoiding the scan circles. After avoiding them for a minute or two, the scan will end and the achievement will pop.
White Rabbit Object - 30G
Escape 15 police scans
Some of these will come naturally as you progress through the game. To finish off the fifteen, you may need to initiate some yourself. Stock up on some jam comms items just in case and find a fast car near some civilians. Shoot a few times to get them to call the cops. Jump in the car and floor it out of there. The scan circles will start appearing on the map as you go. Do your best to avoid them (using the jam comms items if necessary) until you are out of the scan area. Repeat this until you have evaded fifteen total to obtain the achievement.
Online Achievements:
Hackification - 30G
Invade and successfully hack 10 enemy fixers in Online Hacking
Use your phone to enter the online game modes and complete ten Online Hacking events to obtain this achievement.
Piggyback - 30G
Invade and successfully observe 10 enemy fixers in Online Tailing
Use your phone to enter the online game modes and complete ten Online Tailing events to obtain this achievement.
Stealth Cookie - 30G
Complete an Online Tailing without being detected
Use your phone to enter the online game modes and complete an Online Tailing event without being spotted. Maintaining distance, using higher and lower level vantage points from the tartget and hiding in vehicles are good ways of avoid detection.
Superhighway - 30G
Complete 10 Public Online Races
Use your phone to enter the online game modes and complete ten Public Online Races (you only need to complete them) to obtain this achievement.
System Mangler - 30G
Complete every ctOS Breach
Use your phone to enter the online game modes and complete sixteen ctOS breaches (similar to ctOS Tower puzzles) to obtain thisachievement
Traced - 15G
Get tailed 5 times
This happens when someone invades your world and trails you. This will happen often if you attempt online activities. Once this happens five times the achievement will unlock.
